Body of a Lifetime Program

A step-by-step course designed to transform your mind and body

 

Module one:

In part one of the Body of a Lifetime program, I teach you a step-by-step process for implementing healthy recipes into your life. Not only do I give you access to all of my recipes I teach you how I create them so you can customize meals to your lifestyle, goals, and budget.

You will learn exactly what to eat in order to build muscle and burn fat. You will learn mindsets that will make eating healthy intuitive, easy, and enjoyable. You will learn my recipe blueprint approach that significantly decreases the amount of time you spend in the kitchen.

Not only will you feel more energized, confident, and happy in your body, you will be able to make delicious meals for your friends, family or partner. After completing this module you will have a greater understanding of nutrition, meal planning, and health-focused cuisine.

 


Module two:

Part two of the Body of a Lifetime program is all about attitude and mindset. This module takes an in-depth look at how to develop the motivation and discipline that is necessary for transforming your habits. We eliminate procrastination, anxiety, and negative thoughts before they happen.

You will learn how to meditate, set goals, and create support systems that contribute to your success. Conditioning your body takes time, consistency, and repeatable exercises; it’s the same process for your mind. Most people operate unconsciously on a daily basis. You will learn how your mind can become your most powerful teacher.

Not only will you feel more focused, calm, and productive, you’ll understand why. After completing this module you will have a greater understanding of thought patterns, self-awareness, and intrinsic motivation.

 


Module three:

Module three of the Body of a Lifetime program is all about movement. Physical activity is essential for optimal—mind and body—well-being. Rather than prescribe a specific type of exercise you will get to explore a variety of ways to move so you can discover what your body responds to most, and what you enjoy doing most.

You will learn foundational anatomy, exercise physiology principles, and how to design a fitness program around your goals and lifestyle. You will have access to my fitness routines and recommended training plans. You will understand how to burn fat, build muscle, increase flexibility, and condition the body aerobically.

Some of the results you can expect include increased confidence, improved mood, enhanced body image, heightened body awareness, and all of the physical benefits that come with more strength, flexibility, and stamina.
